I want to get my anime noticed by japanese staff members in japan somehow. I have a good story and I actually do have good anime drawing skill not like those american how to draw manga books. I just need some advice on how to get my work noticed by professionals.

I need some links or advice on how to set up photoshop to do better job with lines and color for manga style images. I have no luck with it, and all my lines come out too blury or not well enough defined.
