[1] What do you draw first? the head, the body or something like the hair?
[2] Is there an easier way to draw the head of an anime character?
[3] Would tracing anime pictures really help me get used to drawing the shapes that are oftenly used in anime?

I always use computer paper when drawing manga but I heard sketch book paper is better. I plan to get some soon, but is computer paper okay to use for now? Will it affect the quality?
