I’m trying to learn to draw anime but you could say I’m really bad at it at the moment. I need some questions answered and possibly some good practice ideas.

[1] What do you draw first? the head, the body or something like the hair?
[2] Is there an easier way to draw the head of an anime character?
[3] Would tracing anime pictures really help me get used to drawing the shapes that are oftenly used in anime?
