That sounds like an INCREDIBLE amount of research !! I’m not really into Anime, but run into the figures at my local hobby-shop.
I would suggest doing Google-searchs on “Anime Figures”… You’ll find forums and can gather further links from them… regarding the manufacturers, retailers, etc.
I did a quick search on “Neon Genesis Evangelion, miniatures”… and found 30K+ websites !! Here are just a few:
